Damian joined Kizoom in January 2000 after spending 10 years at multinational industrial consumables manufacturer, Osborn International.
A qualified Mechanical Engineer and with an MBA from INSEAD, Damian was Business Development Director at Osborn, and was a significant shareholder in the company prior to its acquisition by Jason Inc in 1998. At Kizoom, Damian has overall responsibility for company strategy, profitability and financing.

Nick founded Kizoom in 1999 and has a background of 20 years in software product development.
Nick read Natural Sciences at Cambridge University and worked on a range of software applications in the City of London before becoming a founder and CTO of Synon Ltd, a very successful UK software tool company. Synon's highly innovative products used an object based modelling language to separate business and technology concerns and achieve a new level of abstraction - and productivity - in business software development. Synon had a runaway success, growing from a three person startup in London to a multinational company with blue chip customers around the world. In 1990 Synon won separate Queen's Awards for Industry for Technology and for Exports. Synon was acquired by Sterling Software for $79 million.
In the mid 90's Nick started a London development lab for Object Technology International, one of the world's leading OO technology companies.
