Kizoom acquired by RSL - acquisition creates market-leading group dedicated to kiosk and display screens excellence

Kizoom today announces that it has been acquired by RSL, a leader in delivering interactive kiosks and broadcast display screens for a wide range of uses.
Coventry based RSL, founded in 1989, brings the considerable strength of having its own in-house development and manufacturing capability – ensuring that client needs can be met quickly and cost effectively.
Kizoom Ltd sells Kizoom Software Ltd to Trapeze Group in order to focus on core transport offerings: screens, ticketing and touch screen kiosks

Kizoom Ltd release: The team at Kizoom Ltd will continue to work out of its City of London premises and operations will carry on as normal; working with some of the UK’s largest public and private sector transport organisations, including Merseyrail, First Group, BAA and SYPTE , providing the software, hardware and support for real-time transport information and services – primarily state-of-the-art screens, ticketing and kiosks for UK rail and bus services.

Trapeze Group release: Trapeze Group today announced that it has enhanced its solution offering with the acquisition of Kizoom Software Limited from Kizoom Limited (formerly Cityspace), a subsidiary of LMS Capital. The acquisition adds Kizoom Software’s market leading Web and mobile solutions and expertise to the Trapeze enterprise solution portfolio. Kizoom’s kiosk and ticket machine business remains with Kizoom Ltd.

Bedford Borough Council invests in Kizoom Vision

Bedford Borough Council is rolling out Kizoom Vision, a powerful content distribution and scheduling system to improve the delivery of travel information in and around Bedford. The Council are committed to providing reliable location specific information to both citizens and visitors of Bedford.
Phase 1 will see Kizoom Vision manage a network of Smart Screens that will be installed in new bus shelters along the Cambridge Road. Passengers will be provided with real-time and scheduled bus departures, as well as local area information and public service announcements.

Kizoom Smart Point featured in "Vision and Values in Design Management"

We are proud to have Smart Point included as a Design Agaist Crime case study in "Vision and Values in Design Management" by Prof. David Hants published by AVA Academia for its Design Management series. The book also includes an interview with Peter Quinlan, our Head of Product Design and Delivery, who talks about importance of design for Kizoom, and the ideas and processes behind creating the Smart Point.

Essex deploys Kizoom Smart Points at bus and rail interchanges

Essex County Council is rolling out a network of 9 Smart Points at major bus and rail interchanges to provide useful travel information and services for residents as part of a wider scheme to increase public transport uptake across the county.
The Smart Point network will be served by Kizoom Vision content scheduling and distribution system, which will manage real-time and scheduled information and public service announcements.
