Kizoom Ltd sells Kizoom Software Ltd to focus on core transport offerings: screens, ticketing and touch screen kiosks

02 September 2010: Kizoom Limited (No. 03169833), formerly Cityspace, has announced the sale of its web and mobile travel technology arm, Kizoom Software Ltd (No. 03745127), to Trapeze Group, the global passenger transport company.

The team at Kizoom Ltd will continue to work out of its City of London premises and operations will carry on as normal; working with some of the UK’s largest public and private sector transport organisations, including Merseyrail, First Group, BAA and SYPTE , providing the software, hardware and support for real-time transport information and services – primarily state-of-the-art screens, ticketing and kiosks for UK rail and bus services.

Nick O’Connor has been appointed Managing Director of Kizoom Ltd with immediate effect. Formerly Marketing Director and latterly Business Unit Director for the company, Nick is well placed to manage the business and maintain the high level of quality and service associated with the Kizoom Ltd brand.

All Kizoom Ltd and Kizoom Software Ltd customers are being advised of this development personally and directly and should experience no change to the level or standard of service they receive from either side of the business.
