Release 2.4a_2 is an upgrade to the TransXChange Publisher to support 2.4a of the Schema
It also works with 2.1 & 2.2a

NOTE THAT the New release requires  a new release of the Java Run time - Java 6 v19 or higher. (Previous releases reuired 1.4.2) 

    It is accompanied by a set of  example documents available at www.transxchange.org.uk.

     - 1) Frequent services specified in minutes past the hour are now handled correctly in 2.1, and in 2.2a no longer generate diagnostic messages.
     2) The first and last points of a route track can now be ~200m away from the parent route link stops without generating diagnostic messages.
